NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF PROMOTION:

The Promotion is a bracket challenge to determine the Best Rock & Roll Song.  Listeners will nominate Rock & Roll Songs that they would like to see compete in the bracket.  Listeners may nominate Rock & Roll Songs at the q100michigan.com website from 3/9/26 – 4/1/26 at 11:59PM.

The 32 song bracket will be divided into four teams of eight (8) Rock & Roll Songs each.  Each team will be hosted by a Q100 Michigan Air Talent (Eric Zane, Jomama, Jabo and the team of JC and Roadrunner).  A draft to select the eight (8) Rock & Roll Songs on each team will take place on Saturday, April 4^th from 11AM-2PM at Odawa Casino in Petoskey.  Rock & Roll Songs drafted will include listener nominations and air talent suggestions.

Listeners will be encouraged to register on-line from 3/9/26 – 4/2/26 at 11:59 PM to become one of 32 qualifiers that will be assigned to each Rock & Roll Song as a Roadie.  Selected Roadies will be announced LIVE on WQON from the draft event and assigned their Rock & Roll Song.

Each weekday the listening audience will be encouraged to VOTE on the daily match up.  Voting is unlimited.  The Rock & Roll Song in the bracket will be announced each weekday at approximately 8:30AM and on-line voting will begin immediately following the announcement. Voting will remain open until the following day at 8:29AM.  Voting for Match ups announced on Friday will continue through the weekend until Monday @ 8:29AM.   The daily Rock & Roll Song receiving the most amount of on-line votes and the listener assigned to that Rock & Roll Song will be announced every weekday at approximately 8:30AM.  Once the 32 listeners have been identified they remain with their Rock & Roll Song through the end of the contest.  The contest will continue until the final championship bracket.  On-line voting will take place 4/9/26 @ 8:30AM – 5/22/26 @ 8:29AM.  The Rock & Roll Song with the most on-line votes in the final bracket will be determined the Promotion Champion and the winner assigned to that Rock & Roll Song will be deemed the grand prize winner.

1. HOW TO ENTER

1. These rules govern the Blarney Stone Broadcasting “Q100 Michigan Odawa Casino Tournament of Rock 7.0 Rock & Roll Song Edition” Contest (the “Promotion”) being conducted by Blarney Stone Broadcasting (the “Station”), which will begin at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/9/26 and will end at 11:59 PM ET on 4/2/26 (“Entry Period”). Voting runs 4/9/26 @ 8:30AM – 5/21/26 @ 8:29AM.

2. To participate in the Promotion, you may enter via the following method:

• Register on-line by visiting q100michigan.com and clicking on the Q100 Michigan Odawa Casino Tournament of Rock 7.0 graphic and complete the on-line entry form during the Entry Period.  Entry form requires first name, last name, city, email address, cell phone number and date of birth. 

• Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.  Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station.  The Station is not responsible for (i) lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries; (ii) telephone, internet or mobile service outages, delays, busy signals, facsimile transmission errors, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call, accessing the Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms or from sending a text message (if applicable, message and data rates may apply)  The Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by an entrant for this method of entry; or entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties. The Station is not responsible for telephone or internet service outages, delays, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from calling or contacting the station.

3. Individuals may enter multiple times to be a roadie.  Each individual is only eligible to become one (1) of the 32 selected roadies.  All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 4/2/26.  Voting is unlimited and open to all listeners.  End date for voting is 5/22/26 @ 8:29AM.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. The Promotion is open to all persons who are 21 years of age or older and who are legal Michigan residents.  Employees of the Station, its licensee, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Station’s advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Northern Michigan area, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Only one (1) qualifier per household is permitted in any Station-conducted promotion.  Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more in a Station-conducted promotion only once every six (6) months.

3. The grand prize winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release in order to accept the prize.

4. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.  The Station will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

1. Thirty-two (32) qualifying prizes:  Each package includes (1x) Q100 t-shirt.   Approximate Retail Value:  $15 and (1x) $25 Odawa Casino food voucher. ARV:  $25.  Approximate retail value of total qualifying package is $40.

2. One (1) grand prize:  Prize package includes the following: 

Five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be awarded in the form of a check payable to grand prize winner.  ARV:  $500.

One (1x) voucher valid for one night stay in a standard room at Odawa Hotel, 1444 U.S. 131, Petoskey, MI  49770.  Reservations based on availability.  Room and tax only.  Limit two (2) people per room.  Non-transferable.  See additional instructions and disclaimers listed on voucher.  Voucher expires 12/30/2026.  ARV:  $150.

Five (5x) $5 vouchers for FREE Slot Play at Odawa Casino, 1760 Lears, Petoskey, MI  49770.  Limit one coupon per person, per day.  Non-transferable.  See additional instructions and disclaimers listed on voucher.  Must be a Pure Rewards Player Club member to redeem vouchers.  Voucher expires 12/30/26. ARV:  $25.

Four (4x) $25 Food Credits at Odawa Casino.  See additional instructions and disclaimers listed on voucher.  Voucher expires 12/30/26.  ARV:  $100. 

Thirty-two (32x) $25 gift certificates or vouchers from participating sponsors.  Prize value may be more than $25 each.  Must see each certificate for expiration date and any other disclaimers and conditions.  ARV:  $800. 

Five (5x) $50 gift certificates from participating sponsors.  Must see each certificate for expiration date and any other disclaimers or conditions.  ARV:  $250. 

Approximate Retail Value of total Package is $1,825.00.

Grand prize winner will be solely responsible for all insurance requirements, title, taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Prize.  Prize shall be awarded “as is” with no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the Prize.  Due to the time sensitivity of the prize package, the winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days of the first attempt to contact winner.  After 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining entries or awarded to the second place winner.

3. Any qualifying prizes or prize certificates must be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below.  The grand prize winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days, or earlier for time sensitive prizes, at Blarney Stone Broadcasting, 6514 Old Lake Road, Grayling, MI  49738.  In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior verbal consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

4. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Decisions of Stations management with respect to the Promotion are final.

3. Thirty-two (32) total qualifiers will be selected in a random drawing following the Entry Period on Friday, April 3, 2026.  All 32 qualifiers will be announced live on WQON on Saturday, April 4, 2026 between 11AM-2PM.  Each qualifier will be randomly assigned a Rock & Roll Song.   
4. One (1) grand prize winner will be determined by listener on line voting for Best Rock & Roll Song in the Odawa Casino Q100 Tournament of Rock 7.0 bracket. The listener assigned to the Rock & Roll Song that receives the greatest number of votes will be the grand prize winner.  Listener online voting ends 5/22/26 at 8:29AM.  The grand prize winner will be announced at approximately 8:30AM on Friday, May 22, 2026.   Grand Prize Winner will be announced on WQON 100.3 FM.  Winner need not be present to win.  Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 24 business hours of drawing.  If the winner does not respond in 5x business days the second place listener will be the alternate grand prize winner.

4. Winner does not need to listen to the Station to win.

5. Odds of qualifying depend on the number of entries received by the deadline.  Odds of winning the grand prize is 1:32.

6. Grand Prize Winner must sign any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form at the time of delivery or prize will be forfeited and, if time permits, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received.

5. CONDITIONS

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes cumulatively awarded by the Station.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

2. By participating in the Promotion, each qualifier agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to such acceptance of any prize.

3. Prior to being allowed to accept any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require the submitter of a winning entry to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotion.

4. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of severe weather conditions, national or local health crisis, pandemics, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion.  If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

5. The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station’s website.  Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a contestant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes.  If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

7. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.

8. 6. PRIVACY

1. By use of the Station’s website or by entering the Promotion through the Station’s website and or Facebook page or other social media platforms, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use Agreement located at https://q100michigan.com/terms-of-use and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at https://q100michigan.com/privacy-policy .
